Our team consists of expertise in new market tax credits on most CRE projects.   We have the proficiency to acquire Credit Enhancement Agreements with local governing bodies, and Historical Tax Credits when applicable.   

J&M Business Capital has assembled a team of seasoned professionals with more than 80 years of combined finance experience as principals, developers, senior business executives, and strategic advisers, spanning multiple markets. 

Our lending focus is on investment real estate financing for Residential 1-4-Unit properties and larger multi-family investors, Ground Up new construction and portfolio refinancing as well as mixed use real-estate development projects.  We have access to non-recourse lending programs, flexible underwriting standards, and creative loan structures with fast execution. 

What makes us different from the rest?  Unlike many direct private lenders we have access to a large network of agency and conventional banking sources that extend our service capabilities and expertise.  We also Partner with a National Insurance provider to be a one-call finance department
