Michael's expertise in procuring state and federal tax incentive programs delivers significant cost savings to most real estate development and redevelopment projects and has a tremendous national network of private lenders and private equity resources. He has a passion for financial modeling, creating projections and statements, and calculating valuations.
He is on the board of directors of the Providence Apartment Association and the treasurer for the nonprofit organization, Apeiron Institute.
