Michael has an MBA from Providence College with a concentration in Finance – Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis. He also has a certificate from Boston University in valuations, real estate financing, and underwriting.

Michael's real world knowledge comes from his work and personal experiences acquiring and selling numerous businesses over the years in addition to his sizable real estate holding portfolio.

Michael consults and advises businesses of all types and sizes, so that businesses can achieve optimal performance.

Michael's expertise in procuring state and federal tax incentive programs delivers significant cost savings to most real estate development and redevelopment projects and has a tremendous national network of private lenders and private equity resources. He has a passion for financial modeling, creating projections and statements, and calculating valuations.

He is on the board of directors of the Providence Apartment Association and the treasurer for the nonprofit organization, Apeiron Institute.
